PRIVATE MARINE SALES NETWORK
Every broker knows what a few buyers are looking for. Imagine knowing what a thousand were. Give each of your buyers a listing of its own: a Buyer Profile with type, size, budget and timeframe, and the broker to call, never the buyer's name. As brokerages, dealers and builders add theirs, the network searches and matches them to listings, and brokers connect to put the deal together.
Buyer identity is never shared. Brokers connect with brokers.

2022–2026
A DIFFERENT WAY TO FIND THE NEXT DEAL
EVERY LEAD, ALL YEAR
Boat shows, ads, phone calls, print, your website. Most of the leads they bring in will buy a boat someday, just not the one they asked about. Turn each one into a Buyer Profile: type, size, budget and timeframe. The network keeps checking every boat added against it, all year, for as long as it takes, and you’ll know when something fits.
WHERE BUYERS COLLECTION GETS USEFUL
You’ve got a 42′ center console listed. Search Buyers Collection and see which brokers are already working with buyers looking for that kind of boat.
If a Buyer Profile looks close, call the broker and see if your listing might work.
Add a Buyer Profile or Listing and Buyers Collection automatically checks it against the network. When it finds an Exact Match or Flexible Match—now or later—you’ll get an email so you can review the opportunity and connect with the other broker.
Your listing is asking $700,000, but you know the seller wants the boat gone and would take $500,000.
Another broker has a $500,000 buyer who may never look at a boat advertised for $700,000. Buyers Collection helps you see the opportunity, call the broker and find out whether there’s a deal to make.
You’ve got a pocket listing—or you know an owner who would sell if the right buyer came along.
Search Buyers Collection before the boat ever hits the market. If another broker is working with a buyer who fits, pick up the phone and start the conversation.
As you’re putting your listing together, see which brokers you should talk to before it goes live. Or maybe sell it before it ever hits the market.
A customer wants a new boat, but the value of their trade is holding up the deal.
Before putting a number on it, search Buyers Collection and see whether brokers are already working with buyers who might fit the trade. If you can pre-sell it—or at least see real buyer activity—you may be able to establish a firmer trade value and put the whole deal together.
The same idea works for in-stock boats, incoming inventory, prior model-year boats and factory demos.
You know the boat. You know the owner. The boat isn’t for sale—but now you can see that another broker has a buyer looking for one like it.
“Mr. Boat Owner, I belong to Buyers Collection. Another broker is working with a buyer looking for a boat like yours. Would you consider selling if we brought you an offer?”
Imagine walking into a listing appointment able to say:
“I’ve already found nine brokers working with buyers who might fit your boat. Those are calls I can make as soon as you give me the listing. We may even find the buyer before the boat hits the open market.”
That’s a much stronger conversation than showing the seller another generic marketing plan.
Your client wants their next boat but needs to move the current one first. See who might have a buyer for it.
Share what your buyer wants. Another broker might know just the boat—or the owner to call.
A little older, a few feet shorter, a different builder, galley down instead of up—maybe your listing still works. Call the buyer’s broker and find out if a deal is possible.
SEE THE OPPORTUNITY
Buyer Profiles turn informal buyer knowledge into something useful across the network. Listings let the platform watch for matches in both directions.
HOW IT WORKS
Instead of that buyer request living in your head, notes, inbox or sales meeting, create a Buyer Profile with the criteria that matter—boat type, size, year, manufacturer, budget, location, timeframe and more.
Have a boat you’re trying to sell? Search Buyer Profiles across the network to find brokers working with buyers who may be looking for a boat like yours.
Add a Listing and Buyers Collection continuously compares it with Buyer Profiles across the network. Exact and Flexible Matches surface opportunities that otherwise may never have been discovered.
Found a Buyer Profile that might work for a boat you’re selling? Contact that broker directly. You can also connect through a Smart Match—you don’t need to add a Listing or get a match first.
Message the broker, work the Opportunity and see whether your buyer and their inventory—or your inventory and their buyer—can create a deal.

BUILT BY A FORMER BROKER
I spent 12 years as a yacht broker, starting in 2001 with MacMahon & Associates, then McKinna Yachts, and helping reopen the brokerage at Bradford Marine Yacht Sales. I sold motor yachts, sportfish and cruisers from 50 to 125 feet. After brokerage, I founded Docktail Bar, a marine products brand, and I’ve stayed in the industry ever since.
In our sales meetings, we’d go around the room: who’s working with which buyer, and has anyone seen a boat that fits? Deals came out of those conversations. But they stayed in that room, and the whole industry ran on listings. Nobody had built the other half of the marketplace: the buyers.
I had the idea back then. The technology to build it didn’t exist yet. Now it does. Buyers Collection opens your sales meeting to every brokerage, dealer and builder, and it never forgets your buyers.
